Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product is missing items.
- The package is received in a damaged condition.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs or an unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used or installed.
- Product is damaged due to misuse.
- Original packaging is missing.
- Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Replacement Policy
We provide free replacement if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- Essential components are missing.
Replacement requests should be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or contains missing items:
- Record an unboxing video before opening the package.
- Take clear photographs of the package and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide supporting evidence may affect claim approval.
